Shipping
Blue Dot of Maryland charges a flat rate of $9.99 per order for shipping and handling charges.  Orders are shipped out the day after your order is received via UPS.
  
Payment Methods
Our payment is handled via the PayPal merchant gateway interface.  All transactions happen at PayPal.  PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Please contact us if you desire to pay by other means offline.

Defective Merchandise
Always inspect your merchandise immediately upon receiving it. If you have received damaged merchandise please contact Blue Dot of Maryland. We will either repair or replace the damaged or defective product. Before returning any merchandise, please contact us for a Returned Goods Authorization number.

Returning Merchandise
If you are unsatisfied with the purchased merchandise and it has not been installed you can return it. Under these conditions please contact Blue Dot of Maryland for a Returned Goods Authorization number. Blue Dot of Maryland RGA# will be accepted for credit less $9.99 flat rate shipping fee. The product must be returned in its original condition with all parts intact. A credit will not be issued if it is not the original product.
