Dispatcher and Customer Service ProfessionalsDescription: Blue Dot has an immediate need for a Residential Dispatcher. This is a full-time position. Individuals will be responsible for arranging the daily schedule for 15 HVAC service technicians for the Maryland service area. This includes: planning effective scheduling from start to end locations, closing out service technicians, dispatching technicians to their next location, completing service tickets, coordinating with the parts department daily, and communication with customers and call center. Qualities required for this position are ability to multi-task and work in a high-paced environment, ability to handle stress, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are also preferred.
